Privacy policy

We make every effort to protect our clients’ data.

General Provisions

  1. The data controller is Nina Miziołek, Aleksandra Januś-Brzostowska notariusze spółka cywilna, address: ul. Kielecka 1/5, 31-526 Kraków, NIP: 6751718362. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and the data are stored on secured servers.
  2. Terms are interpreted according to the glossary of the Terms of Service or as described in this Privacy Policy (where this follows directly from the description).
  3. For better readability of this Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with “you” and “Controller” with “we”. The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. We respect the right to privacy and take care of data security. For this purpose we use, among others, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).
  4. Personal data provided in the form on the website are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorised persons.

Data Controller

  1. The Service Provider is the controller of its clients’ data. This means that if you use the contact forms on the website, or our services directly at the office, we process your data such as: first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address.
  2. Personal data are processed: a) in accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data, b) in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy, to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish and shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it, and to properly provide the Services rendered electronically, c) to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfil legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), where the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
  3. Every data subject (where we are the controller of their data) has the right of access to their data, the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

  5. We reserve the right to process your data after the performance of a notarial service or after the withdrawal of consent, but only to the extent necessary to pursue any claims before a court or where national, EU or international law obliges us to retain the data.
  6. The Service Provider has the right to disclose the User’s personal data and other data concerning them to entities authorised under the applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
  7. Personal data may be erased as a result of the withdrawal of consent or the lodging of a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  8. The Service Provider does not disclose personal data to entities other than those authorised under the applicable law.
  9. We have implemented data encryption and access control, thereby minimising the effects of any potential data security breach.
  10. Personal data are processed only by persons authorised by us or by processors with whom we cooperate closely.

Cookies

  1. The website notariusze-krakow.pl uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser software on your computer. When the browser reconnects to the site, the website recognises the type of device from which the user is connecting. The parameters allow the information they contain to be read only by the server that created them. Cookies therefore make it easier to use previously visited websites.
  2. The information collected concerns the IP address, browser type, language, operating system type, internet service provider, time and date information, location, and information sent to the website via the contact form.
  3. The collected data are used to monitor and check how users use our websites, in order to improve the operation of the site by providing more effective and trouble-free navigation. We monitor user information using Google Analytics, which records user behaviour on the site.
  4. Cookies identify the user, which makes it possible to adapt the content of the website they use to their needs. By remembering their preferences, they enable the appropriate targeting of advertisements addressed to them. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience of our website, and the collected data are used only within our office to optimise our activities.
  5. We use the following cookies on our website: a) “necessary” cookies, which enable the use of services available on the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication on the website; cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect authentication abuse on the website; b) “performance” cookies, which enable the collection of information about how the website’s pages are used; c) “functional” cookies, which make it possible to “remember” the settings chosen by the user and personalise the user interface, e.g. as regards the chosen language or the region the user comes from, font size, website appearance, etc.; d) “advertising” cookies, which make it possible to provide users with advertising content better suited to their interests.
  6. Google Analytics and the embedded Google map are only activated after consent is given in the cookie banner on the website (the “Accept” button). If consent is declined, these tools are not loaded. The user can also disable or restore the collection of cookies by changing the settings in their web browser.   7. Additional personal data, such as an e-mail address, are collected only where the user, when filling in the form, has expressly consented to this. We retain and use the above data only as necessary to perform the given function.
